Order Print Settings : Receipt customisation
The remote print server Expedy Cloud Print with a cloud printer or a USB adapter allows you to automatically print orders from multiple sales channels.
The Order Print Settings is a module for customising certain information on the printed ticket. All fields are optional.

With Order Print Settings you can modify the following information in just a few clicks:
At the head of the ticket:
- Time zone
- Logo
- Business name or receipt title
Ticket footer :
- Company name
- Company registration number
- Postal address
- Contact information: telephone, email…
You can alsoadd a second printer (tandem) as well as a mobile number to be notified by SMSfor each new order (SMS fees charged ) and select the ticket template.
Go to Order Print Settings
Connect to the dashboard via https://www.expedy.fr/console/
Go to the “PRINTERS”
Select the printer you require
Configure Order Print Settings
Go to the tab “CONNECTIONS & PLUGINS“
Receipt Header
Time Zone
The time zone is used to set the correct time for ticket printing.
URL Logo
The logo of your establishment or any other image can be integrated.
More information about the characteristics of the image file.
Company Name
Name of your shop or ticket title
Receipt Footer
Company information
The information is not personal and you are free to enter any text.
Advanced Options
Copies of tickets
Set the number of ticket copies to be printed for the same order.
Receipt Template
Choose the ticket layout
Tandem
Allows you to add a second printer to print a copy
Enter the printer’s API UID. The printer must already be added to the same account Expedy.
SMS order notification (only in France)
Enter one or more mobile numbers (separate with semicolons to add multiple numbers).
